eBRAZO SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
eBrazo Connect SA (Pty) Ltd t/a eBrazo
Last Updated: 14 September 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how eBrazo Connect SA (Pty) Ltd t/a eBrazo (“eBrazo”, “we”, “us” or “our”) processes, fulfils and delivers orders placed through the eBrazo website and other approved sales channels.
eBrazo supplies a range of technology products, promotional products, gifts, apparel, PPE, workwear, appliances, branding products, office and business supplies, customised products and other goods.
Because eBrazo works with different manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and fulfilment partners, the delivery method and timeframe may differ depending on the product, stock location, destination and nature of the order.
We aim to provide reasonable delivery estimates and keep customers informed throughout the fulfilment process.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to remove, restrict or limit any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
2. WHERE WE DELIVER
eBrazo offers delivery throughout South Africa, subject to courier service availability and any applicable restrictions relating to particular products or destinations.
Local Delivery Area
eBrazo’s local delivery service generally covers KwaDukuza and surrounding areas through to Durban and surrounding areas, including qualifying areas between these locations.
The availability and price of local delivery may depend on the customer’s specific delivery address.
If an address falls outside the eBrazo local delivery area, the order may be handled as a national courier delivery.
3. LOCAL DELIVERY
For qualifying addresses within the eBrazo local delivery area:
Standard Local Delivery: R99
This service generally covers the KwaDukuza-to-Durban corridor and surrounding qualifying areas.
eBrazo may also offer FREE local delivery to selected nearby areas around KwaDukuza.
Free local delivery areas may be determined according to delivery distance, route availability and current eBrazo delivery arrangements.
The applicable delivery option and charge will be displayed or communicated during the ordering process where supported.
Local delivery may be carried out by eBrazo directly or through an appropriate courier/delivery partner.
4. NATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY
For customers outside the eBrazo local delivery area:
Standard Nationwide Delivery: R129
The R129 standard delivery charge applies to qualifying standard parcels delivered within South Africa.
The standard national delivery service generally applies to ordinary parcels that can be transported using eBrazo’s standard courier arrangements.
Delivery charges may differ for:
-
heavy products;
-
bulky products;
-
oversized products;
-
unusually large quantities;
-
specialised freight;
-
products requiring special handling; or
-
certain remote/outlying destinations.
Where an additional delivery charge is required, eBrazo will communicate the applicable charge to the customer before the additional charge is processed, where reasonably practicable.
5. FREE NATIONAL DELIVERY
eBrazo currently offers:
FREE STANDARD NATIONAL DELIVERY ON QUALIFYING ORDERS OF R3,000 OR MORE
The R3,000 threshold applies to qualifying standard orders.
Heavy, bulky, oversized or specialised-freight products may be excluded from the standard free-delivery offer or may require an additional freight charge.
Where an order requires specialised freight, eBrazo will communicate the applicable delivery arrangement to the customer before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
eBrazo may change its free-delivery threshold or promotional delivery offers from time to time.
The applicable delivery charge will be communicated before the order is finalised.
6. HEAVY, BULKY AND OVERSIZED PRODUCTS
Some products cannot be transported economically using standard courier services.
These may include:
-
large banners and displays;
-
gazebos;
-
large promotional structures;
-
bulk quantities of paper or stationery;
-
furniture;
-
large appliances;
-
heavy equipment;
-
unusually large parcels; and
-
other products requiring specialised transport.
Such products may attract an additional freight or delivery charge.
Where an additional freight charge is required, eBrazo may contact the customer before dispatch to communicate the applicable amount or delivery arrangement. The customer will be given an opportunity to review the additional delivery cost before the order proceeds on that basis, where reasonably practicable.
7. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Unless a different timeframe is stated on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer, eBrazo generally uses the following estimated timeframes.
Standard / Unbranded Products
Approximately:
2–5 working days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
-
destination;
-
supplier location;
-
stock availability;
-
courier service;
-
peak periods; and
-
circumstances outside eBrazo’s reasonable control.
Working Days
For this Policy, working days generally means:
Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Remote and outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
8. CUSTOM, BRANDED AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Customised products may require additional production time before dispatch.
This may include:
-
branded clothing;
-
embroidered clothing;
-
printed apparel;
-
promotional products;
-
branded gifts;
-
printed stationery;
-
banners;
-
signage;
-
personalised products;
-
engraved products; and
-
other made-to-order or customised goods.
Estimated Production Time
Custom and branded products generally require approximately:
4–10 working days for production
after:
-
payment has been confirmed;
-
all required information has been received; and
-
final artwork, specifications or design has been approved.
Some customised products may require longer production periods depending on the supplier, product type, quantity, branding method or complexity.
Where a longer timeframe applies, eBrazo will communicate the expected timeframe to the customer where reasonably practicable.
9. PRODUCTION TIME IS SEPARATE FROM DELIVERY TIME
For customised and branded products, production time and courier delivery time are separate.
The general process is:
Artwork approval → Production → Dispatch → Courier delivery
The courier delivery timeframe begins once the completed product has been dispatched.
Customers should therefore not interpret a stated 4–10 working day production period as the total time from ordering to receiving a customised product.
10. CUSTOMER APPROVAL OF ARTWORK
Where artwork, logos, names, designs, colours, sizes, quantities or other specifications are submitted for customer approval, production will generally only commence after the required approval has been received.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the approved artwork and specifications before production.
Customers should check:
-
spelling;
-
names;
-
logos;
-
contact details;
-
colours;
-
sizes;
-
quantities;
-
product specifications;
-
artwork positioning;
-
wording; and
-
other customised information.
Once customised production has commenced based on customer-approved specifications, changes may not be possible or may result in additional costs or delays.
This section should be read together with eBrazo’s Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
11. WHEN DOES THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAME START?
Delivery timeframes generally begin once:
-
payment has been successfully received or confirmed;
-
required product information has been received;
-
required artwork or specifications have been approved; and
-
the product is ready for dispatch.
For standard products, courier delivery time generally begins once the order has been processed and dispatched.
For customised products, production must first be completed before courier delivery can begin.
12. PRODUCTS SUPPLIED BY DIFFERENT SUPPLIERS
eBrazo works with a network of manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and fulfilment partners.
Products purchased through eBrazo may therefore be fulfilled from different supplier locations.
As a result, a single customer order may:
-
contain products supplied by different suppliers;
-
be dispatched from different locations;
-
arrive in separate parcels;
-
have different tracking numbers; and
-
arrive at different times.
Customers should therefore not assume that all products in one order will arrive together.
13. DROPSHIPPING AND DIRECT SUPPLIER FULFILMENT
Depending on the product and fulfilment arrangement, eBrazo may arrange for an order to be:
-
delivered from eBrazo’s premises;
-
collected by eBrazo from a supplier and delivered to the customer;
-
delivered directly from a supplier, manufacturer or distribution partner to the customer; or
-
fulfilled through another approved logistics arrangement.
Customers may therefore receive a parcel originating from a supplier, manufacturer, distributor or fulfilment partner.
eBrazo will manage the customer’s order in accordance with the applicable terms of the transaction and South African law.
14. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking information is provided by the relevant supplier or courier, eBrazo will provide the available tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may include:
-
courier name;
-
tracking number;
-
tracking link; and/or
-
other available shipment information.
Tracking availability may vary depending on the supplier and delivery method.
Customers should allow reasonable time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
15. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
This may include:
-
recipient name;
-
physical street address;
-
suburb;
-
town/city;
-
province;
-
postal code;
-
contact number; and
-
relevant access or delivery instructions.
Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information may result in delays or additional delivery costs.
Where additional costs arise because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied by the customer, eBrazo may communicate the applicable cost before arranging further delivery, subject to applicable law.
16. PHYSICAL ADDRESSES, PO BOXES AND REMOTE LOCATIONS
Courier delivery is generally intended for physical street addresses.
Certain locations may require alternative arrangements, including:
-
PO Boxes;
-
farms;
-
remote rural locations;
-
restricted-access premises;
-
certain business or industrial premises;
-
locations with difficult vehicle access; or
-
areas outside normal courier routes.
If a delivery address requires a special arrangement or additional charge, eBrazo may contact the customer before dispatch.
17. OUTLYING AND REMOTE AREAS
Delivery to remote or outlying areas may require additional delivery time.
Additional courier or freight charges may also apply depending on the courier’s service area and the nature of the parcel.
Where an additional charge is required, eBrazo will communicate the applicable charge before proceeding with the additional delivery arrangement where reasonably practicable.
18. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Customers should ensure that someone is reasonably available to receive the delivery at the supplied address or that appropriate arrangements have been made with the courier.
A delivery may be unsuccessful because of circumstances including:
-
the recipient being unavailable;
-
an incorrect or incomplete address;
-
incorrect contact details;
-
restricted access;
-
refusal to accept the parcel;
-
failure to respond to courier communication; or
-
other circumstances attributable to the recipient.
Where a delivery cannot be completed because of circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery, re-delivery or related charges may apply where permitted by law.
Any applicable additional charge will be communicated before a further delivery attempt is arranged, where reasonably practicable.
19. RE-DELIVERY AND RETURN TO SENDER
If a courier cannot complete delivery and the parcel is returned to eBrazo, a supplier or the courier’s facility, eBrazo will contact the customer where reasonably practicable.
Depending on the circumstances, the customer may need to:
-
arrange a further delivery;
-
pay an applicable re-delivery charge;
-
collect the parcel from an agreed collection point; or
-
agree to another appropriate delivery arrangement.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated before the additional service is arranged.
This does not affect statutory rights where the delivery failure was not attributable to the customer.
20. LOCAL COLLECTION / CLICK & COLLECT
Customers located near KwaDukuza may have the option to collect qualifying orders directly from eBrazo’s premises.
Collection is FREE.
Collection is subject to:
-
successful payment;
-
the goods being physically available for collection;
-
eBrazo confirming that the order is ready;
-
completion of any required production; and
-
reasonable collection arrangements.
Customers should not travel to collect an order until eBrazo has confirmed that the order is ready for collection.
Collection availability may depend on where the particular product is located.
21. COLLECTION NOTIFICATION AND STORAGE
Once an order is ready for collection, eBrazo will notify the customer using the contact details supplied with the order.
The customer will generally have:
24 hours from notification to collect the order.
After the initial 24-hour collection period, eBrazo may apply a storage charge of:
R20 per calendar day
for goods that remain uncollected.
Where a storage charge becomes applicable, eBrazo may communicate the charge to the customer.
Customers are encouraged to arrange collection promptly after receiving notification.
Where special circumstances prevent collection within the stated period, customers should contact eBrazo as soon as reasonably possible so that an alternative arrangement may be considered.
22. COLLECTION BY ANOTHER PERSON
A customer may arrange for another person to collect an order on their behalf, subject to eBrazo’s reasonable verification requirements.
The person collecting may be required to provide:
-
customer’s name;
-
order number;
-
collection authorisation; and/or
-
reasonable identification or other information required to verify the collection.
eBrazo may refuse release of an order where it cannot reasonably verify that the person is authorised to collect it.
23. OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
Product availability displayed on the website may depend on supplier and distributor stock information.
Although eBrazo aims to maintain accurate availability information, circumstances may arise where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed.
If this happens, eBrazo may contact the customer and offer one or more of the following options, depending on the circumstances:
-
a suitable alternative product;
-
a different available specification, colour or size;
-
waiting for stock to become available;
-
cancellation of the affected product or order; or
-
an applicable refund.
A customer will not be required to accept a substitute product without their agreement.
24. DELIVERY DELAYS
eBrazo makes reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery estimates.
However, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances including:
-
supplier delays;
-
stock shortages;
-
courier delays;
-
weather;
-
road conditions;
-
public holidays;
-
peak-season volumes;
-
strikes or industrial action;
-
service interruptions;
-
incorrect customer information;
-
remote-area delivery requirements; or
-
other circumstances outside eBrazo’s reasonable control.
Where eBrazo becomes aware of a material delay, we will endeavour to communicate relevant information to the customer.
Delivery estimates do not remove or limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
25. LOST, MISSING OR SIGNIFICANTLY DELAYED DELIVERIES
If an order appears to be lost, missing or significantly delayed, customers should contact eBrazo so that the shipment can be investigated with the relevant courier, supplier or fulfilment partner.
Customers may be asked to provide:
-
order number;
-
tracking number;
-
delivery address;
-
recipient information; and
-
other reasonable information required to investigate the shipment.
eBrazo will work with the relevant delivery or fulfilment partner to investigate the matter and determine the appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
26. DAMAGED, TAMPERED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
Customers should inspect their parcel and products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If a parcel appears:
-
visibly damaged;
-
opened;
-
tampered with;
-
incomplete; or
-
materially different from what was ordered, the customer should notify eBrazo promptly.
Customers may be asked to provide:
-
photographs of the parcel;
-
photographs of the packaging;
-
photographs of the product;
-
photographs of shipping labels;
-
order number;
-
tracking number; and
-
a description of the issue.
This information may assist eBrazo in investigating the matter with the relevant courier or supplier.
Where a product is damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise qualifies for a statutory remedy, eBrazo will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable South African consumer law and eBrazo’s Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.
27. INSPECTION OF DELIVERIES
Customers are encouraged to inspect deliveries promptly and, where practical, note any obvious damage or discrepancies with the courier or delivery representative.
Failure to identify or report an issue immediately does not by itself remove any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
Customers should contact eBrazo as soon as reasonably possible if an issue is discovered.
28. DELIVERY COSTS RELATING TO RETURNS
Delivery and return costs will depend on the reason for the return and applicable legal requirements.
Where a product is defective, incorrectly supplied, damaged or otherwise qualifies for a remedy requiring eBrazo to bear the relevant costs, eBrazo will handle the applicable costs in accordance with South African consumer law.
For other returns, applicable delivery or return charges will be communicated to the customer where appropriate.
Please refer to eBrazo’s Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for further information.
29. DELIVERY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
eBrazo is committed to complying with applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.
Where applicable, goods remain subject to consumer protections relating to delivery, conformity, defects, incorrect supply and other statutory remedies.
Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy is intended to:
-
exclude a statutory consumer right;
-
limit a statutory remedy;
-
transfer a legal responsibility to a customer where the law places that responsibility on eBrazo; or
-
create a contractual term that is prohibited by applicable law.
Where a mandatory provision of applicable law conflicts with this Policy, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
