4. CV Information

When eBrazo creates or edits a CV for a customer, the customer may provide personal information such as employment history, qualifications, contact details and other information contained in the CV.

We process this information for the purpose of providing the requested CV service.

Where we retain a customer's CV after completion of the service, this is primarily for the customer's convenience, including allowing us to make future amendments without requiring the customer to pay for the creation of an entirely new CV.

Retention of a CV does not constitute a guarantee that the CV will always be available.

Customers should therefore retain their own copy of their CV.

We may delete retained CVs where they are no longer required, where deletion is requested, where retention is no longer appropriate, or where we are required to do so by applicable law.

5. Scanned Personal Documents

Customers may ask eBrazo to scan personal documents.

We understand that these documents may contain highly private information.

Unless retention is required by law or otherwise expressly agreed for a legitimate business purpose, eBrazo does not intend to retain copies of customers' personal documents after the scanning service has been completed.

Scanned personal documents will therefore be deleted or securely disposed of after the service, subject to any legally required retention.

Customers should notify us if they require a document to be retained for a specific legitimate purpose.
